Along with the announcement of a series of nuclear achievements, Iran also said it is ready to resume negotiations with the P5 +1 proposal of the EU for nearly 4 months. This statement seems to indicate that Tehran wants to "play catch" with the West.

Official news agency IRNA said Iran's response Tehran's diplomatic Catherine Ashton sent to Iran for nearly 4 months. In this function the High Representative in charge of EU foreign policy Iran has proposed resuming negotiations with the P5 +1 group.

The response function of the head of the Iranian nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili said: "Iran welcomes the willingness of the P5 +1 group to resume dialogue to take basic measures to strengthen cooperation. Iran ready further negotiations and welcomed the recent statement of Ms. Ashton said the EU to respect the right to use nuclear energy for peace of Iran ".

The most recent talks between Iran and the P5 +1 group held in the capital of Turkey Istanbul last year, but no result.

In another development, the same day 15/2, Ambassador of Iran summoned six countries Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Greece and Portugal to protest the new sanctions imposed by the EU this country. However, Iran denied the Islamic State that preparing to stop oil exports to six countries.

In January, the EU foreign ministers have formally adopted the oil embargo "unprecedented" for Iran to protest the nuclear program of Tehran controversial.

With what is happening today, Tehran knows the U.S. and EU can not launch the war against this country. Currently, the U.S. as well as many other European countries are grappling with concerns such as finding the solution to the problem of crisis in Syria, the storm of public debt in Europe as well as preparing for the big upcoming elections in the future as the U.S. presidential election.
