“Sotsiometer” independent research center conducted a survey in all marzes of the republic to predict the voter turnout during the forthcoming parliamentary elections. Thirty-eight percent of the 1 200 respondents know who they are going to vote for. According to Head of the “Sotsiometer” research center Aharon Adibekyan, 17-18% has no political preferences, and they will be the target for the political forces.

The sociologist predicts that the Armenian National Congress may be the third to pass, while the Prosperous Armenia Party has good chances to grab votes both from the authorities and the opposition.

According to preliminary data, all opposition forces – the Armenian National Congress, the Armenian Revolutionary Federation and the Heritage – have good chances to be represented in the next parliament.
