It seems the CIA website was inaccessible for the whole day as was the website of Camimex, the Mexican chamber of mines. A message with regard to the CIA website read ‘Tango down’ – this term is used by the US Special forces once they have eliminated an enemy.

The group ‘anonymous’ have taken responsibility for these hackings - and apparently these are fallouts of the decision to ban the file-sharing site Megaupload.

The group had done the hacking of two other important websites of the FBI and the website of US Justice Department last month.

It is an extremely difficult task to locate and identify these hackers because internet does not have any boundaries and those who carry out such operations could be located anywhere in the world. The solution to prevent such problems is to resist from taking decisions that might have far-reaching consequences.
