February 10, 2012 – Evanston, IL: NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) Foundation has received a $5 million gift to support leading edge urological care and research at NorthShore Glenbrook Hospital. The generous donors of this gift are Donald and Joan Rappeport of Northbrook, Illinois.
“Our family has accessed care and relied on Glenbrook Hospital since it opened its doors,” said Donald Rappeport. “We are grateful to have this remarkable institution and its highly regarded physicians right in our backyard. We hope this gift will further the extraordinary work and breakthrough research at Glenbrook Hospital.”
The Rappeport’s gift will support the John and Carol Walter Center for Urological Health, a comprehensive, state-of-the art destination center for urological care, dedicated to providing a highly personalized treatment plan for every patient.
