Occupy Oakland Protester Admits Bottles Were Thrown at Police BEFORE Police Responded

I maintain the current Obama administration and the Occupy Movement across America and abroad too, are in perfect, ideological alignment and righteous solidarity. And rightfully so.

Yet everyday OWS is unjustly maligned, and in particular, the Occupy Oakland franchise is set upon by ruthless “agents provocateurs” who trick and deceive these guileless, blameless and totally innocent idealists into rioting, looting and vandalizing both private and public property; and of throwing rocks, bottles and lit molotov cocktails against the reactionary forces of evil, namely the “dogs of war” of the Oakland city government and the Alameda Police Department. Those fascist, reactionary traitors and quislings in liberal-progressive clothing.

And then through their dastardly perfidy, they entrap and incarcerate our noble and courageous revolutionaries in Medieval dungeons posing as enlightened and humane, modern, state of the art jails. Where they are routinely, demonically brutalized and tortured.

Oh, the horror...the horror...of it all...how inhumane, how cruel, how fascistic and reactionary they be!

But in the immortal words of Jean Jacques Rousseau:

“L’homme est né libre, et partout il est dans les fers.”

(Man is born free, and yet everywhere he is in chains.)

And so the evil onslaught, abuse and torture of the innocent, noble idealists of the Occupy Oakland franchise of the “Occupy movement” goes on...and on...and in fact, escalates ever so greatly more.

And consequently I say, “merde!” and “aux barricades!!!”

But do not relent nor be disappointed, for President Obama and his administration stand totally behind us and are also blameless and totally innocent in this matter. How? Why?

We all know who is behind all this repression and violence against the Occupy Movement, we all know it is, of course, those evil Republicans and their “one percenter” supporters and puppeteers, those evil business men and women, those filthy billionaires who exploit and cheat us “99 percenters” so viciously and cruelly. We all know this because it is a given, indeed, an irrefutable and incontrovertible, empirical fact.

But they are not alone, because we have legions of traitors in our midst such as mayors Quan and Bloomberg et al, et al, et al. But not to worry, when President Obama is re-elected, we’ll finally take over the nation and all reactionaries and traitors will be dealt with - harshly.

And as for President Obama and his administration; if one reads between the lines of his spokesperson Jay Carney (also known as Mr. Claire Shipman) and other White House officials; in order to attain and ascertain through their own words, their real meaning and nature and thereby their real intent and motives; one will clearly see that they are on our side. For real. For one will clearly see that they are in real, clear support and ideological sympathy with us. Again, for real, trust me.

When Mr. Claire Shipman, I mean Jay Carney, formerly of Time magazine, says (I must paraphrase him here since I can’t quote anyone to save my life) that the Occupy Oakland franchise has every right to protest and demonstrate; he in essence is saying that they possess a lot more special rights under the First Amendment of the Constitution than meets the eye at first glance.

To wit: They are not only protected by the First Amendment, but they also possess additional, implicit rights and freedoms under the rubric of “positive rights” - a term and interpretation of the Constitution widely and deeply held by the President himself and most of his administration.

To wit, the Occupy Movement in general and the Occupy Oakland franchise in particular are perfectly justified in their rights to protest and assemble in the manner which they do. So that in the name of free speech, dissent and assembly, it is perfectly within their constitutional “positive right” to burn, riot and loot and hurl and throw rocks, bottles and lit molotov cocktails at the subhuman, evil, fascist police; to vandalize and destroy, seize, expropriate and squat on both private and public property; to intimidate and hassle passersby and to hustle and exploit and intimidate local businesses, to abuse and over use their rest rooms and to demand food and money from them.

And it is also their constitutionally guaranteed “positive rights” to defecate and urinate in the streets, to live in abject filth and squalor as to pose a health threat to the local community, and to use and abuse drugs and to deal them too with total impunity, and to commit crimes against themselves and others, also with total impunity. And of course, it is also their “positive right” to shut down all civil discourse and reasonable, rational, free debate and run wild in the streets too. Because it’s their “positive right” to do so, because their hearts are pure and their motives well-intentioned, and because they are entitled to social justice and to free education and to be deadbeat scumbags who do not have to repay their student loans.

Again, because their hearts are pure and full of social justice and because they are entitled to everything for just existing and having a pulse. They deserve it all and a trophy too for just being alive. And those evil “one percenters” got to pay for it all. Yeah, that’s the ticket. Don’t tax me, don’t tax thee, take it from that enemy of the people and fascist, reactionary, evil billionaire hiding behind that tree. Yeah, that’s the ticket.

And let us not forget those martyrs of ours, those Oakland Franchise 400 Occupiers who are incarcerated in cruel, medieval dungeons where they are daily tortured, abused and brutalized. Their suffering is simply just unspeakable and humanly unendurable.

Do you know that their accommodations are less than three star let alone four or five. And that they are denied organic arugula, alpha sprouts and tofu, brie and camembert, on baguettes véritables de Paris, with a thin but flavorful rosé or a light but crisp chardonnay or subtle but aromatic chablis with which to wash it all down - but instead are literally forced to eat rancid, chicken bologna sandwiches, and or foul, canned spam and Hostess Twinkies and Ding Dongs and to drink “bug juice” as their very last culinary indignity they must suffer.

What torture, what barbarity, what inhumanity I tell you that be! What brutality, what cruelty that be too. How can we allow our martyrs to be so very greatly tortured and brutalized so much? I tell you it is utter hell for our brothers and sisters held against their wills in those Alameda County gulags and concentration camps. Arise my brothers and sisters and storm their prisons.

And “”...cry “Havoc!” and let slip the dogs of war.”” And “Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more; or close up the wall with our (Occupy Oakland franchise martyrs)!”

“Que ils mangent de la brioche!” And arugula and camembert and brie, and drink a fine and superlative chablis or chardonnay. And pay off their student loans and give them a corner office and a seat on the board of this or that corporation. And I say, vive la révolution!!!

Any writer who uses "dastardly perfidy" in a story deserves at least one comment, so I will go first. Interesting take on the Occupy Oakland situation, for sure.

Thanks Punditty.

But it seems brevity is not allowed on this site - the error screen instructed me that all comments must be at least four words. Well, that's the least words you'll ever see out of me - so enjoy - while you can.

Irv,

That's three..

Thanks Punditty,

Much appreciated.

There, that's my "at least four words" and then some.

Dear Martin and dunite,

Thanks for your interest. I'm awaiting the response from the far left which I assure you, nay, I am absolutely certain will not be so kind nor as intelligent as yours.

Obviously you’re in on the joke but I rather doubt that the “New Age,” “Neo,” “Greeny,” and “Anarchist” Marxists (as well as traditional Marxists, i.e, the Leninists, Stalinists, Trotskyists, Marcusians and Maoists et al) who so blindly support, manipulate and exploit the Occupy Movement; will “get” it (the joke).

There are essentially two reasons for this: First, they are two f...k..g ignorant and stupid to tie their own f..k..g shoelaces (but yet have the utter presumption and arrogance to think that they, and that they alone, can best tie everybody else’s shoelaces). And secondly, it has been my experience that leftists are too dire and taken with themselves and their solipsistic, huge egos, to possibly possess a sense of humor.

Honestly, the Occupy Movement is four years too late. Where were the protests after TARP? Now, the only purpose of the movement is that they are mad at government because the government shouldn't be treating the Caucasians like they always have been treating the minorities in this country.

Dear Adrian,

Do I detect a bit of racial irony here?

I suppose as a majority caucasian, I must admit to some deserved comeuppance here. And also to a degree, agree with your point, essentially, that what's good for the goose is supposedly, usually good for the gander.

As someone who is probably twice your age and who witnessed and saw a great deal of "min-narr-ity" justice, or that is to say, injustice - I empathize with your point. I regret what I personally saw and experienced. Again, it was pretty bad.

But this is a new Age and I maintain institutionalized racism no longer exists in America and I think that's worth celebrating. Moreover, even though I am Jewish, I consider myself first and foremost as an American - not as a hyphenated American. As far as I am concerned we're all in this together.

However, to be brutally honest - and I suppose you're just gonna love me for the following: I maintain that MLK gave you freedom which had long been denied; but he and the old line, main line, liberal democrat and liberal progressive, civil rights leadership sold you out (many for their own personal power and gain, such as Jess Jackson, Al Sharpton, et al) - to the liberal democrats and liberal progressives who re-enslaved many of you, in fact, a truly large minority of you; on their liberal plantations of dependency and low expectations, with its massive cultural suicide of anti-intellectual, anti-assimilationism and massive social pathology and dysfunction.

I'm just absolutely sure that that is going to make you dance in the streets and shout out for joy. N'est-ce pas?

The point is liberalism qua liberal progressivism qua liberal socialism qua socialism qua communism qua Marxism - is good for no one. And yes I agree, the Occupy movement should have brought out the pitch forks and wildly protested TARP and dare I say it, GM and AIG and a host of other shady bailouts which co-inky-dinky, no one but a few conservatives such as myself et al dare utter.

As I see it, there are essentially two major problems with the Occupiers (amongst many others) which I addressed in a previous comment in this thread. To re-iterate: First, they are evidently too f..k..g stupid to tie their own f..k..g shoe laces. And second, they actually believe their leftist, leftwing dribble and warmed over Marxist spittle. In this day and age, how f..k..g intellectually grotesque that be!

Everyone should encourage the Occupy Wall Street movement to get involve to help disabled claimants in the BP oil spill litigation. Because, as of now, only the interests of well-financed claimants are being represented by the attorneys that are tasked with representing all claimants:

The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Americans With Disabilities Act, and prior Supreme Court cases, require that the new fund set up to compensate Plaintiff Steering Committee attorneys, that withhold 6% of settlements, as ordered by Judge Barbier, http://www.laed.uscourts.gov/OilSpill/OilSpill.htm BE JUSTIFICATION for these attorneys to provide extended representation to disabled claimants---Even if these attorneys obtain settlement agreements for their primary clients. Please bring this to the attention of others.
