Why some managers should be replaced

Managers aren’t really doing their jobs most of the time. I’ve worked for many places and management are terrible. They can’t take care of things and they can’t put their employees in line. They are careless about who they hire and they hire people who steal from them. They don’t take complaint seriously. They are preoccupied with themselves only. It’s the nature of the work environment sometimes. It’s hard to come across any people who will actually take care of things right unless they’re the owner of the business. I think that top management need to push it more so that workplace policy are enforced and that people can continue to do their job right.



I was disappointed by the managers at some of my workplace but I think that managers nowadays are so suck in by their employees that they need to step back and be objective. The problems with managers are that they’re so suck into friendship that they stick it out for their friends. This is why business fail because you have the same tiger in the office who kept on messing things up and get away with it. If they kept on getting away with things, they will continue to get away with it. I think that corporate America really need to hire people who have integrity but with the recent economic downfall we saw that not a lot of managers are ethical or integrities. They’re crook just like anyone else. Look at Bernard Madoff, the man who had everyone’s investment. He didn’t care at all but look at where he ends up. I think that it’s the responsibility of everyone to take down the crooks.



I would never hire a crook myself and would never retain them either. If they don’t do a good job, I will have to let them go. I wouldn’t hire one in the first place. I have eyes for things and I can spot a crook any distance. It’s via looks and I will be able to see who is a crook and who is not. How would you have a successful business if you’re a crook. I think that people should hire better managers and leaders. Afterall, you put in a lot of work and effort so you have to make it work. Why would you hire people who would destroy your business.
