In this verse, Abraham makes his chief steward take a very peculiar oath. "Let me sit on your hand!" The ancient customs of the Middle Eastern culture are very weird. I'm glad oaths are not taken like that now because a man touching another man's hiney is sort of gay.

(2) Walk in God's kingdom in order to be given responsibility, stewardship, and authority. (8) To have a new beginning in God, understand that location is very important.
