The NAACP – National Association for the Advancement of Coloured People – presents their annual Image Awards each spring to honour the outstanding achievements and performances by people of colour. This year the awards will be presented on March 17. The Image Awards consists of 53 catagories in film, television, writing, directing, literature, and recording.
