The death toll has risen from the series of co-ordinated bombings and attacks in the northern Nigerian city of Kano. According to the government and the Red Cross, at least 120 people were killed. Hospital officials say more than 140 died. The city has been put under a curfew after police stations across the city were targeted on Friday. Al Jazeera's Charles Stratford reports.
