Out Music Award winner Brian Kent is a pop and dance music artist – singer and songwriter - who burst onto the music scene with a cover version of the Journey hit “Don’t Stop Believin’”. He followed that up with his debut CD “Breathe Life” which included the hits “I’m Not Crazy”, the title track “Breathe Life”, “Whatcha Doin’ to Me”, and “Drive”.
Kent found his music topping the LOGO Click List and appearing in films and TV shows including “Project Runway”, “Kiss the Bride”, “Bear City”, “Four Letter Word”, and “Violet Tendencies”.
Since the 2008 release of “Breathe Life”, Brian Kent’s music has charted hit songs on the UK Music Club chart, Dance Music Club World charts, World House, World Commercial, World UK, the World UL Club chart, the Billboard Top 40 Club Play chart, Sirius Satellite Radio Hot 20 chart, and DJ pool charts
During his career, Brian Kent has shared the stage with Kristine W, Taylor Dayne, Crystal Waters, and Martha Wash.
Kent’s latest single “Su-su-superstar” debuted at number 25 on the music charts in the United Kingdom. “Su-su-su=superstar” and “I’ll Find a Way” are two of the original songs from the upcoming sophomore album due to be released sometime in the fall. The video for “Su-su-superstar” was directed by Mike Ruiz.
In February Kent will be traveling to Sydney, Australia for the first time to appear in one of the Madi Gras celebrations. And it has just been announced that Brian Kent will be one of the artists to perform at a private concert offered to season ticket holders by the professional women’s basketball team the New York Liberty.
