It would spare millions of families from the pain of dealing with a missing loved one AND SAVE LIVES AND billions of taxpayers dollars.

How many reading this are aware that The U.S. has had the capabilities to take REAL TIME photos of various places on the globe and transmit those photos back to a central location within seconds to view whatever action was taking place and follow that action within seconds of it happening.

We have used this technology to protect our troops and keep track of our adversaries movements.

The photos can also be archived for use IF there is something that would need to be checked back on.

IF adapted for use by Law Enforcement, it would prove to be much more effective and reliable that GSP and Cell Phone Tracking and far more helpful than micro-chipping, which only is useful for identification after the person with the chip implanted is found
