Twitter and other online chat rooms are burning up with news thata Republican presidential candidate could end his bid for the president as early as Monday and will endorse Mitt Romney.
Huntsman who has been ranked at the bottom in the pool of candidates has struggled in the last two contest. Huntsman who had moved to New Hampshire hoping to capitalize on a residential status to get him a win only finished in third place. He finished next to last in the Iowa Caucus.
Huntsman, who is the former ambassador to China, was opponent to the position by President Barak Obama in 2008. He resigned from the position in 2011. He is also a former two-term governor of Utah. When he left the governorship in 2008 his approval rating was at 80 percent. Utah was named the best managed state by the Pew Center on the States. Utah was also named a top 3 state to do business in.
