Colombia: Pregnant woman out unscathed after plane emergency landing

Colombian authorities said on Friday that a small plane managed to make an emergency landing after an engine failure of the device, in which 4 people traveling.

All crew members were unharmed, including a pregnant woman who was being transported for medical care.

Colonel Jorge Suarez Colombian Air Force said the plane, a Cessna 185, left Guapi City, southwest of the country last Thursday, and the engine failed minutes after takeoff.

Suarez said the pregnant woman, Miyerlady Florez, is healthy and about to give birth.
