Tourism Secretary Ramon Jimenez said the campaign is simple and truthful and answers the simple question why, “Why should I go to the Philippines”. Jimenez challenge all Filipinos to advertise the Philippine tourism on the social networking site like Facebook, Twitter and Multiply will help the country to be known across the globe. Believing the beauty of the Philippines is the prime aspect to promote the tourism industry.
Meanwhile a Swiss as saying,”I'ts more fun in Switzerland” circulates the web just an hours after the ad was release. In this incident happened Secretary Jimenez said that it's up to Filipinos to defend the Philippine tourism campaign.
Jimenez replaces former tourism chief Alberto Lim who face criticism from the prevoius campaign ad cited that it was copied from other countries tourism ad.
