Thousand Oaks, Ca- Up until now no one knew the cause of death for the 18-year-old son of former NFL quarterback Erik Kramer was a heroin overdose. Griffen Kramer was found dead in his Agoura Hills home on Oct. 30. Friends of Kramer admitted partying with him the night before, and stated they laid him down to sleep off his high.
Five have been arrested in connection with Kramer's death.
Ex-football QB, Erik Kramer's NFL career spanned from 1987 to 1999. He played with Atlanta Falcons, Chicago Bears, San Diego Chargers and Detroit Lions.
One particular friend initially denied knowing what happened to Kramer. Until witnesses say they saw he driving with Kramer the night before his death. From sources it was revealed Griffen had a history of former drug use. People don’t look at addiction as an illness, but it is.
