(Check It Out! Photos!) PRAGUE, Czech Republic- Thousands of mourners including leaders of the world arrived and gathered to pay their last respect at the funeral ceremony of former Czech President Vaclav Havel which took place at Saint Vitus Cathedral in Prague on December 23, 2011.

Among the world leaders who attended the funeral rites are Britain's David Cameron, former prime minister John Major, Bill and Hillary Clinton, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, German President Christian Wulff, Former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and current Czech Prime Minister Petr Necas.

Vaclav Havel had died last December 18 after a long battle with respiratory illness. The 75-year-old playwright, essayist and politician was known for being a freedom fighter and considered as the savior of Czechoslovakia from communism.
