difference SERP 3 search engines

For a beginner to make articles will be hard, especially coupled to compete in the SERP. Not only that which can be frustrating for a beginner, that is, when confronted with the three largest search engines namely Google, Yahoo and Bing. Previously my article titled "Adira Asuransi Kendaraan Terbaik Indonesia" appears on the page also yahoo bing. Maybe this is what is meant by the importance of an experience, with some reason I changed the title and metatags from my blog, as a result the article could not come back in the SERP Bing and Yahoo. With the new title "Adira Asuransi Kendaraan mobil motor Terbaik Indonesia" and the new metatags What can I do to bing and yahoo back to bring me the article? so does that happen to the article "Ultrabook Notebook Tipis Harga Murah Terbaik" is very much different position in the search engines,even bing not to index the article.

By the way before such re-submit to social bookmarking, and search for backlinks that is not enough to fruition.
