Summerlin is one of the most beautiful part of Vegas, prosperous, near the great and famous Red Rock, clean, upscale and filled with everything that you might need like shopping centers, parks, hospitals and school. This is a fantastic place to live if you love an upscale neighborhood, with great outdoors like parks, and rock climbing.

Blue Diamond

Blue Diamond is another fantastic place of Vegas. Blue Diamond is lovely, prosperous, clean, and newly build. There are major outlet malls here and you do see visitors since it’s near the 15 freeway where tourists would come from CA. However, since this is an upscale neighborhood, you might run into more upscale people than paupers. The crime rate is lower here. People are much nicer and happier here.

North Vegas

North Vegas is a great place to live and it will depends on the area but it’s so secluded that people rarely make trouble there and you will not see visitors there. It’s about half an hour away from the strip so visitors will not bother you there. Some part of it is bad, filled with drunks and addicts but most parts are great and the houses are much cheaper than other parts of Vegas. This is something to think about if you’re looking for a reduced home to live in or to invest. If you like to be away from tourists and the noise of the strip then this is the place.

Henderson was ranked one of US’s best place to live in terms of low crime, high median income, community resources and everything else. Henderson is a clean and prosperous city with many wonderful, quiet places to live. You ought to give Henderson a try if you’re movoing to Vegas and looking for a peaceful, prosperous place to live, with low crime and great community resources. I’ve been to Henderson myself and I love it there and it’s quiet and breath taking. People there are nice and diverse as any other part of Vegas. There are less casinos there because all the casinos are located near the strip and downtown Las Vegas. You might not have to deal with casinos drunk and addicts.
