This is for real – a rags to riches story of Tammassino. A 94-year old Italian woman Maria Assunta had left her entire fortune of nearly 10-million pounds sterling in its name in end 2009!!! She died last month.

Tammassino is a stray cat that had been picked up by a wealthy woman and is now the 3rd wealthiest animal on this planet. He does not need any money – a saucer of milk and a handful of biscuits are all that he desires. Therefore, the solicitors in Rome have decided that Stefania, a nurse, would administer the estate in the name of Tammassino.

Stephania has been beside Maria throughout her life.
