Hulk Hogan files defamation suit against ex-wife Linda Bollea

Seemingly fed-up with former wife, Linda ‘Bollea’ Hogan, and her "non-stop lying," Hulk Hogan has just about had it. And that is why he has decided to go ahead and sue her.

Hulk Hogan whose real name is Terry Bollea, was spotted with his new bride at LAX on Friday Dec 09, 2011. Just one day earlier, he had gone and filed a defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Linda, unable to take any more of her public fibbing.

The lawsuit comprising of 18 pages claims Linda Bollea a poet and novelist wrote "Wrestling the Hulk — My Life Against the Ropes" just to revive her flagging career. In her book, she had made some real outrageous claims about Hulk, stating that he had abused her for years.

However what was shocking was her allegation that Hulk was a homosexual and had a physical relationship with renowned wrestler Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake. According to Hogan the claims have adversely impacted his reputation.

He has now urged for a jury trial and a ban on his ex-wife's statements. Linda has also made claims during promotional interviews on national television, he claimed. It may be noted that in their recent divorce settlement, Linda Bollea received more than 70% of the couple's assets.

Meanwhile from the way Hulk blasted off in this video, looks like this Hulk bull is going to run amuck even in court. Linda better keep your protective gears handy.
