And Information Technology Minister Kapil Sibal uaslat reporters in Delhi said the government does not believe in censorship, but they will not allow Web sites to which these substances are hurting people's feelings.

Mr. Sibal said that the web sites of companies that humiliating nature of the offensive material and generate a solution to prevent images from being published.

However, the Government has informed the management of these companies web sites that are not subject to borders and the open expression of ideas through Web sites that they can not cooperate with the government.

Meanwhile, Facebook said in a statement that if any content or images is a violation of this code, they will definitely take steps.
