London, 05 Dec., 2011:
The serene and much admired Duchess of Cambridge, Catherine Middleton, has expressed her honest feelings about her marriage so far, after having tied the knot with the future King of Britain.
According to Kate it’s been like a whirlwind, with so much having already happened since she married British Prince - William in a spectacular ceremony watched by billions world-over in April of this year.
It’s barely seven months now (29 April, 2011 to be precise), since the couple has been united in holy matrimony. However, since then the royal two-some have been the topic of innumerable rumors that they have a little ‘royal’ on the way and in future will be seen prancing around Buckingham palace portals.
On Monday, the gorgeous couple attended a reception organized in honor of Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee next year. As was expected they were fawned over by multitudes of their admirers and well-wishers at the star-studded gala. The function in-fact was well attended by royals including the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Charles, Camilla Duchess of Cornwall, Prince William, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and Princess Michael of Kent.
Speaking to The Jewish News (quite surprisingly) at the function, Duchess Catherine attired in a gorgeous emerald green dress costing $2,200 (from Mulberry) expressed her thanks to all the readers of the Jewish publication. She sincerely appreciated them for the “wonderful support” extended to both her and her husband throughout their marriage this year. “It’s amazing to think the wedding was (conducted) just seven months ago. So much has happened since then,” she added thoughtfully.
The little known Jewish publication also informed the future Queen of England about a commemorative poster. This is scheduled to be posted the day before her historic April 29 nuptials at Westminster Abbey. It will be affixed with "Mazeltov!" message of congratulations. Evidently warmed by the sweet poster, she gushed, "That sounds like it was a wonderful idea. I hope all your readers put the poster up!"
Meanwhile, it does seem like the royal couple want to take their sweet time about having their own baby. Moreover, only when the Palace confirms it, can the happy news about the birth of a little “royal” may be announced with gusto to the entire world. In the meantime any rumor about the stork visiting the newly wedded couple will be nothing but plain conjecture on part of most royalists.
