Discovered two new frog species in Vietnam

Scientists in Vietnam and Australia have found two tree frog species of the genus Theloderma tubercles in Kontum and Langbiang highlands in Vietnam.

Based on the analysis of morphology and molecular genetics, the scientists said, the two frogs in the frog and the frog disguised lumpy lumpy fog.

Lumpy frog disguised as scientific name Theloderma palliatum, named for the ability to alter the environment.

This species has an elongated body, the length of the head by about 90% across top, front and long pieces, the tops are suckers well developed round, compared to toe width is quite large suckers, skin back less wrinkled, with scattered tubercles and fine, granular, rough.

Scientific name of tree frogs is Theloderma nebulosum lumpy fog.This species has larger size, head length equal to the width of head, toothless leaves of sugarcane. Forelimbs and long pieces, the tops are suckers well developed round. It is named in plateau habitats are often covered by fog.

Two frogs are published and described in the journal Zootaxax mid November.
