Dhaka : Wednesday Nov. 29, 2011 Pakistan won the only T-20 cricket match against Bangladesh. Pakistan won the match by 50 runs. First Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first. Pakistani openers pair Mohammad Hafeez & Imran Farhat started the inning. They both were looking aggressive. They scored 30 runs in just 3.4 overs. At this stage Pakistan lost their first wicket of Imran Farhat (16). Pakistan lost their 2nd wicket of Mohammad Hafeez who scored 25 runs. The next batsman who quit the crease was Umar Akmal who scored 20. When Umar Amal went out the total score of Pakistan was 87/3. Pakistan lost their 4th wicket of Asad Shafiq at 92 runs. Asad scored 19 runs. After Asad Shafiq Pakistan lost their 5th wicket of Shoaib Malik at 98 runs, Shoaib scored just 2 runs. Boom Boom Afridi also scored just 8 runs and lost his wicket at 112 runs. Pakistan lost their 7th wicket of Sohail Tanvir at 127 runs. Sohail Tanvir scored only 6 runs. Thus after 20 overs Pakistan set a target of 136 runs for Bangladesh. Bangladesh bowlers Shakib Al Hassan and Alok Kapali they both took 2 wickets.

Bangladest started their inning to achieve the target but lost their 1st wicket just at 3 runs. Bangladesh lost their 2nd wicket just at 4 runs. After losing first two wickets Bangladesh team went under pressure and lost remaining wickets one by one. Only two Bangladeh batsmen went to double figure. In 20 overs Bangladesh team scored only 85 runs. Thus Pakistan won the only T-20 match by 50 runs. Pakistani bowlers Mohammad Hafeez and Shoaib Malik they both took 2 wickets. Mohammad Hafeez who scored 25 runs and took 2 wickets was awarded man of the match award.
