Peppermint Tea

Peppermint tea is tea made from peppermint leaves. Tea-like flavor menthol helps increase the speed of the process of digestion and burn more calories.

To make peppermint tea, take one tablespoon of fresh or dried peppermint leaves mixed with green tea and add boiling water and let stand for 4-5 minutes. Strain and add honey if necessary.

One of the oldest type of tea is tea with a mixture of rose petals and fresh flower buds that provide a therapeutic effect on the human body. In addition to cleanse toxins and beautify the skin, this tea contains vitamins A, B3, C, D and E which act against infections.

Simply pour a cup of tea with hot water and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain and add sugar if necessary. Drinking tea slowly while feeling the symptoms of abdominal pain.
