Finnish police reported 15,000 user names and passwords were stolen and published on the Internet

"The word password is the top of the list of words used to protect the income on various websites. The ranking is derived from data released by hackers."

One in three Internet users forget their passwords to access online services. Names of family members and birth dates are usually the most common passwords from Internet users.

The expansion of social networks has created a need in users increasingly create online profiles and, therefore, more passwords .

The keys are an obstacle to the netizens . The problem is that the volume of network services makes it difficult for users to remember them all.

The more insecure passwords appear in a list created by SplashData from data released by hackers throughout the year.

Although it may seem unusual, password ("password") remains the most used key for Internet users. Classics like qwerty and 123456 are not far in the ranking, which is formed as follows:

For years, it is recommended that Internet users that include numbers and other characters to make more difficult the work of those who want to access another user's account.

Another recommendation is to use no less than 8 characters, and avoid using the same combination of username and pass at various sites.

But judging by data from the ranking, the users are away to make these recommendations.

That was very interesting
the type of passwords being
used. Especially true is
one tends to use names of
family members and birth
dates since its ingrained
in the brain and so easy
to remember. Rated up.
