Bill Maher on Occupy Wall Street [New Rules]

I often wonder why there is so much anger towards the protesters. Standing up for what you believe in is honorable! Preservation of the constitution is critical. It's unfortunate that those who disagree with this movement, don't realize that they soon could be without a job. Or lose their rights or work two jobs for less pay while wall street hoards money. Does it not make those against this movement, mad as hell, that their taxpayer dollars, to the tune of billions, goes to big business and that money sits there feeding the rich. While healthcare clinics close down, schools shut down programs and layoff teachers, irresponsible CEO's who send their lobbyists to DC for special favors so they can hoard more money leaving the people with high gas prices due to Monopolies. Do those who disagree know that the American taxpayers subsidize Exxon Mobile. Do they know that MF Global stole money from its' customers to the tune of 500 million dollars and then cooked the books in an attempt to cover it up. Why does this not make their blood boil? Seems the only thing that makes those against this movement, blood boil, are a few protesters leaving some garbage in the park? Seems out of balance. If someone doesn't do something to fix Crony Capitalism, everyone goes down with the ship! This should be troublesome to the "We don't like protesters group"......complaining about a little garbage and traffic jams should be the least of their concerns. Destroying the library at Occupy Wall Street?? American Library Association Statement on the Seizure of Occupy Wall Street library

ala.org

“The dissolution of a library is unacceptable. Libraries serve as the cornerstone of our democracy and must be safeguarded. An informed public constitutes the very foundation of a democracy, and libraries ensure that everyone has free access to information."
