NOISELESS, HUSSLELESS, FEARLESS AND BLOODLESS YIELD OF POWER TO SOMEONE WHO COMMANDS CONFIDENCE AND WILLINGNESS TO LEAD IS A MARK OF STATESMANSHIP. The example exemplified by the Italian former Prime Minister Silvio Berluscuni would be a postmark in world history of peaceful transition and succession of political power. Indeed, it was a high regard for civility in a civilized society like in Italy.

Ex-Prime Minister Berlusconi having ruled Italy for a period of ten years no doubt of his capability and tested experiences in governance. Reports circulating about his current activities under Monti Italy indicate that, he(Silvio} plays a vital role of coaching supports for the young government of Mario Monti that parliament voted for recently. Mr. Berlusconi gave his greetings of goodwill and wishes that Monti's term will be up to 2013 or even beyond.

Serving one's own government and people does not only mean doing the actual job of governance but, mustering support for whomever is in power is the greatest act and deed of a generous statesman and former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi spends his time and life as a private citizen showing how to do it. He continues to carve out a legacy even beyond the seat of power as he sits on the power of his examples.
