16.11.2011, Law student,Max Schrems an Austrian,asked facebook to send him all the data they have on him, Shrems recieved 1222 pages file,when he discoverd that facebook kept data he had deleted from his account. Now Shrems decided to act to the Data Protetion commissiener[DRC] in Ireland. Meanwhile Facebook has reduced the amount of personal data it release to users as required by EU union law. Facebook defended its actions," Fully compliant with EU data ptotetion law." Humburg in Germany data protection authourity prepares legal action, Facebook doesnot agree says its tag suggestion feature is comlaint.
