Niger will not send Saadi Kadhafi back to Libya

A senior official in Libya on 14-11 has condemned the proposedamnesty for Niger one of the sons of ousted leader MoammarGadhafi.

Before that, today 12-11, Mahamadou Issoufou Niger Presidentreaffirmed the decision of the Niger allow Saadi GadhafiMoammar Gadhafi-son-the refugees in this country. Mr. Saadisaid Issoufou may be treated as refugees by Libya.

In the capital Tripoli, told reporters, days 14-11, Vice President ofNational Council Forward Libya Abdel-Hafix Ghoga-critical pointof the Niger, as well as "the challenges and dancing encouraging".

Mr. Ghoga said: "I can not accept the Niger became a nationharboring criminals being pursued internationally. We call onNiger to review this proposal unfair. "Ghoga said, claiming theNiger does not help build a bilateral relationship based on mutual respect.

Interpol issued a warrant for Saadi Gadhafi, allowing temporaryarrest prior to extradition or forced Saadi before international courts. Saadi warrant alleged crime of "embezzlement due to thethreat of armed head during the Libyan Football Federation."
