AFP - The auction house Christie's will auction a very special Rolex watch worn by Roger Moore, aka James Bond in the film "Live and Let Die" ("Live and Let Die"), which provides a particular "rotary saw."

"The seller is a European amateur who would like to remain anonymous," said the international director of Christie's watches, Aurel Bacs.

The price of this "Rolex Submariner" gray stainless steel is evaluated by experts between 200,000 and 400,000 Swiss francs (170,000 to 340,000 euros). It will be auctioned Monday in Geneva.

"The James Bond Rolex watch is unique. It's a show that Syd Cain, the famous engineer who worked for the studios Eon, converted for the film", said trays.

It has several gadgets, including "a rotating saw that allows Bond to be released to a very very dangerous," the head of the auction house.

In addition, he says, shows that "contains a very strong magnet creating a magnetic field, of course intended to deflect bullets fired at Bond."

"But Bond in the film uses the magnet to strip Ms. Caruso at the beginning of the film," concluded the specialist watches.
