We're always a little suspicious of guys who call themselves dating gurus, mainly because they always have weird facial hair and lots of rings. But this advice actually makes sense, so we're going to roll with it.

--Carlos Xuma is a dating expert. And he says there are three keys to dating a beautiful woman. They are . . .

#1.) Confidence. Meaning you believe in yourself and think that you SHOULD be dating a beautiful woman.

#2.) Interest. Meaning you listen to her, take a genuine interest in what she's saying, and make her feel respected.

#3.) Detachment. Meaning you don't make yourself TOO available, and make her feel like she's got to work to get YOU.

--Carlos also says that money shouldn't make a difference . . . as long as you're PASSIONATE about your work.

--Quote, "Defining yourself through work is not attractive. What is attractive is the person who has passion for what he does, even if he brings in $20,000-a-year working in a crisis center."
