Aside from the cases that Chief Inspector Lorenso Paynor involved in Obando, Bulacan, his latest involvement is regarding the human rights violation he made in Diadi Nueva, Vizcaya. One of their cars involved in accident; elf truck who lost break incidentally bumped the rear of one of their cars. This happened on November 5, 2011 at 11 pm, instead of waiting the arrival of the police investigators from Diadi, Police station, alledgely, he and his other police officers tied up the driver and the truck helper (pahinante)with their both hands at the back of their body (driver and pahinante)and afterward repeatedly punched the driver of the truck at the different part of his body for more than 30 times and punch also the pahenante for three times. So, much so, the money, license and cellphone of the driver was consfiscated by those involved policemen and only returned the cellphone when the driver and pahenante were in the Diadi Nueva Vizcaya police station. These driver and pahenante were tied up from 11:30 pm on November 5, 2011 to 4:30 am on November 6, 2011. So, I agree that this police goon and his cohorts shall be removed from the service, otherwise more innocent civilians would be a victims of his cruelty. This is a challenge to the PNP Chief, will he tolerate this kind of officer who is in camouflage?
