Tennessee police team is painstakingly searching for a woman who has been missing since the past six days.
44-year-old Karen Johnson Swift was last seen at her residence last Sunday morning around 1:30, hours after picking up her daughter from a Halloween party, as per a statement from the office of Dyer County Sheriff. Police inform that her car, a 2004 white Nissan Murano, was found abandoned on the Millsfield Highway with a flat tire in the northern Dyer County.
According to friends, Swift a mother of four had just returned home from a Halloween party. She had picked her daughter from there around 1:30 that morning as her daughter was not feeling well. After which both went off to bed. But when her daughter woke up around 6 a.m. next morning, her mother was gone.
Meanwhile, law enforcement authorities are looking into all the information furnished by the family members, including Swift’s husband and her children. According to Dyer County Sheriff Jeff Box the family has fully cooperated in the case. He further informs that a massive search effort, including ground and aerial searches, is afoot.
