Thailand Floods Threaten Bangkok, Forecast for 16 OCT 2011

Thai government decided to establish a center of refuge for foreigners affected by the floods, based in Bangkok.

The person in charge Boompracon told Sean that PV Youth Center will begin accepting people from 4.11. He said a long time, foreigners are very difficult to reach the refuge center for Thai people. According to estimates by the charity, some 600,000 Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos in Thailand are affected by natural disasters, especially workers in the heavy industrial zone in the north flooded.

In addition, officials in the province of Nonthaburi are searching for 15 African green snake escaped from flooded farm. The governmentwarned people to be vigilant because the bite can be fatal within 20 minutes.
