Russian PM Putin meets with Pyotr Nikola the 7 billionth child. Putin visited the town Kaliningrad, between Poland and the Baltic Sea to meet the child. He also issued the certificated to the child to win the honour to be the "7 billionth child".

India, Philipine and Sri Lanka too claimed to be born "7 billionth child" in their country.
