A small Spanish IT company, New Technologies and Energy Catala, managed to defend in court to charges of Apple who claimed that the company had copied the design of the "tablet".

The court agreed to a provisional dismissal of the complaint filed by Apple.

Now, the Valencia company seeks an compensation from Apple.

Company executives also filed a complaint against Apple, accusing it of behaving abusively and to go against the competition.
