NOTE: Since actual global politics is often so weird it could be mistaken for parody this notice is simply to assure you that this is humor or satire or something unreal from the Borowitz Report.

China is supporting a mysterious new movement called Occupy America. The goals of the movement are still unclear as no specific demands have been formulated.

In a short statement the Chinese government maintained that this was not exactly a protest movement. But nevertheless its effect will be felt in "every city, town and Wal-Mart in America."

The participation in the movement will be huge the government hinted. Occupy America will have the support of almost 1.3 billion Chinese.

Hilary Clinton noted that the goals of Occupy America were unclear and she added: "The official policy of the U.S. government towards things we don't fully understand is to do nothing." After a phone conversation with Chinese officials Clinton was reassured:"They told me that Occupy America actually started thirty years ago."
