Circumcision to Zimbabwean ministers

Zimbabwe ministers and several MPs are to be circumcised in a bid to control transmission of HIV AIDS . Following a study conducted in South Africa, circumcision of males reduces the rate of infection by 60%. The government of Zimbabwe has anounced that there will be a country wide campaign on circumcision.
