Sure, like almost everyone else, I've used Facebook and have a few links at this page for your consideration: Facebook News and Views. It can be a big plus for businesses and personal use too. Thinking back, when there was some negative press concerning Marriage Break-ups, it seemed obvious that Facebook would endorse Couple Pages or profiles. At that time, I found it hard to actually communicate via the Facebook site to have direct communication with a person. Have you ever corresponded with anyone from the Facebook Customer Service?
With so many spending time on Facebook, I think it would be a reasonable approach for schools to embrace the culture and utilize the site for homework, projects and almost anything under the sun and moon. In Manila one time, i saw a youngster receive a text message with their homework assignment included. This costs some money and was hard to read too! Via Facebook, the cost would not be much higher and the breadth of the site would allow for collaboration and privacy to facilitate edcuational accomplishments and tracking. Do you think Facebook will grow rapidly in this area? Students who are able to embrace Facebook both within the educational environment and when in their communities will benefit the most, right?
