2nd ODI: England beat India by 7 wickets

Winless England takes on India again on the 4th ODI in Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai as England won the toss as and choose to bat first.

England's great effort of almost scoring 300 in the third ODI still came up short against India in Mohali. But with two matches to go England still hope to pull a victory and one of that is today.

England highlights so far is the impressive 70 not out made by Samit Patel along with the top form of Kevin Pietersen and Jonathan Trott scoring 98 once. Although they still need support from others to bat more aggressively.

The England players frustration is evident at times among their fielders. Tim Bresnan being fined after the match for his conduct, while Graeme Swann is frustrated as well. Skipper Alastair Cook hope to improve his bat and take the last two remaining matches for his first win as a captain on the road. He only managed 63 runs in three innings.

Meanwhile India's is crushing the opponents with great partnership of MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja. India will ride on their new star Ajinkya Rahane who made 91 could be a confidence booster going into the fourth match.

IND vs ENG 4th ODI is in progress and seen Craig Kieswetter, Jonathan Trott and Kevin Pietersen combined a great effort in Englnad's 140 in 29 overs. Check live core, go here.


India won by 6 wickets

It's now 4-0 for India on course for the whitewash with a game to play in the series.

England batting 220/10 never took off well when India's spinners keep them grounded. Indian bowlers played well agian with Varun Aaron and Ravichandran Ashwin taking 3 wickets each while Ravindra gets 2.

India's bowlers always set the tone on this ODI series allowing it's batters a fair target. Suresh Raina and Virat Kohli lead the batting with 80 and 86 runsin respectively. Suresh Raina gets the Man of the Match award for his innings of 80 off just 62 balls.
