Emma Watson Announces Her Oxford Arrival, Her Acting Career On Hold

Emma Watson Tweeted a photo and a message to her followers on Sunday, October 16th, that she has arrived at Oxford University to further her undergraduate education. She was in Rhode Island for her first years of undergrad at Brown University. She is still enrolled at Brown but technically is doing a study abroad at Oxford.

Watson wrapped up filming Perks of Being a Wallflower with Logan Lerman and My Week with Marilyn. She will be studying at Oxford from October until June of 2011, putting her acting career on hold.

Emma's message to her followers was, "To Everyone who is starting a New School Year, (sorry those who have been at school for a while Oxford starts late)...Just to say have a great term and good luck with all your work. You might not heart from me for a while because I will be really busy studying but I wanted to just say hi and bye :)...Hope you all like 'My Week with Marilyn' and i'll keep you posted on 'Perks'.
