Instances of anti - social behaviour, illegtal parking and graffiti have plunged since they commenced their patrols.
They report vandalism and tip-off police. The team also approach " HOODIES " for a friendly chat rather than an argument.
Sheila says " People should be able to live in their homes and walk the street without fear.
