The third chamber of the Supreme Court indorsed the sanction act filed by the farm Agrofuturo Ltda , demanding that SAG broke a right to parity afore the law to cancel "a preliminary license decided deprived of showing a opening reach in which the license make the case".

In San Francisco, federal prosecutors are having crackdowns on pot shops ordering at least 16 medical marijuana dispensaries for closure because of federal drug law violations even though these pot shops are operating legally. In San Francisco cannabis is legal. However, federal law take precedence over state law.
