Many know in the US, San Francisco has become "sanctuary city" for homeless where they are free to panhandle, live and urinate in the streets.
In the morning as you walk through Market Street in the downtown area you are confronted by many homeless people-all trying to win your attention so that you might spare some change or other things. Competition among them has become fierce because they are so many. I recently came across this person who was trying to be different. He held a sign that read: "Will Kidnap & Torture your Boss for a Buck!" I don't know if this is a good deal but if you are sick and tired of your boss you may want to give him a buck.
