A doctor discovered the skeletal remains of a US national in the grounds of the Buckingham Palace – he had been dead for three years and the skeleton lay in the grounds with its head resting on a pillow. In his pocket were his passport and a bottle of vodka.
The man has been identified a 67-year old Robert Moore who had landed in Britain in 2007. During his lifetime over the last 15-years, he had become a nuisance to the Queen and the Royal family. He would send her ‘strange and offensive packages’ including obscene photographs.
