KWH anti drug coordination meeting with religious scholars

By Sami ullah :Khyber welfare home NGOs arranged workshop for religious scholars in landi kotal for the purpose of to create social awareness against the social evils in the area. the meeting was proposed by the Dost welfare foundation which has been working in FATA since 1994 to aerated the drug addicts form FATA.there fore different seminars have been conducted by DOST welfare foundation in different areas of FATA to create awareness anti drug atmosphere in the key and distinguish persons of tribal consist religious scholars, pouters, local Maliks and so on key persons of areas.

While talking to the religious scholars the chairman of Khyber welfare home Mr Khalil khan focus on drug topic and remind their responsibilities to religious scholars that they can play a vital role in prevention of drugs addicts in the locality, he also mention that to prevent social evils and for creation of friendly atmosphere we have been conducted from 1992 too many anti drug tournaments in FATA and agency and on tehsil level to engage the young generation of FATA in positive activities,

Mulana Atiq stress on verses Quran and hadiat an in enlightens of there teaching he expressed that Islam condemn using of drugs and its buying or sailing products so he aimed that we will altogether spread this message though on every Friday speech to Landi kotal community,

At the end of workshop Mr Shohib who is project manager of prevention of drug addicts project. He added more that we also give livelihood programs for the drugs addicts to build again their life, and make them positive source for their family,
