The president of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff, reaffirmed its commitment to infrastructure and services will be in the "right conditions" for the World Cup that his country will host in June 2014.Gathered on Monday in Brussels with Secretary General of FIFA, Jerome Valcke, the president confirmed "personally" its intention to ensure the "right conditions of structures and services to the FIFA World Cup a success."Rousseff had requested a meeting with FIFA chief Sepp Blatter, to support what she called a frank discussion.It is estimated that FIFA, which expects the total control of the events of the cup, is opposed to Brazil plans to offer reduced price tickets for students and seniors.Another apparent theme of friction is the desire to Brazil that local television stations show some matches.
