A Bahraini military court on Thursday sentenced four Shiite protesters to death

Thirty-six Shiite protesters were sentenced to 15 to 25 years imprisonment by a special court in Bahrain for business related to the movement of popular protest, announced Monday the official news agency BNA.

The 36 people were tried in three different cases, including murder of a Pakistani in the uprising that rocked this small Gulf kingdom in mid-February to mid-March.
