"We have begun an indefinite strike because the company refuses to increase our salaries," said manager William Camacho from the mine in Arequipa, after confirming that the strike is respected by 1,200 workers.The general secretary of the Workers Union reported that only had two meetings with representatives of the copper company, but without reaching any agreement."We hope it is understood that the worker is ready to the last bodies to enforce their labor rights," said Camacho.
